Entech's normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Sample results will be delivered by fax to the consumer by the end of the last business day of the selected Turn-Around Time (TAT). Standard TAT is 10 business days.

The following applies to delivery of results for all turn around times:
- All RUSH TATs must be scheduled at least 12 hours ahead of time by an Entech project manager to assure timely delivery. If the project manager determines that the laboratory cannot meet the requested turn around time, an alternative will be offered. When advance scheduling is not possible, the laboratory will make its best effort to meet the requested turn around time.
- The Chain of Custody (COC) Form is the primary reference for scheduling analytical requirements and TAT. The instructions on the Chain of Custody Form take precedence over prior communications with the laboratory in the event of conflicting instructions; however, we will make every effort to clarify the issue by phone.
- Revisions to the instructions on the COC Form must be made by written request.
- Turn around time clock begins the day the sample is received.
- Samples received after 5:00 PM will be logged in and considered received by the laboratory the following business day.
- TATs for any subcontracted analyses must be negotiated separately.
- TATs are met via fax receipt of the analytical report.
- Entech will not be liable for delays in results caused by Acts of God, power blackouts, instrument failure, etc. beyond its control.
